Care Coordination & Professional Referrals

Information about how Libra Rising Therapy, PLLC approaches care coordination, professional referrals, and collaboration with other providers.

Referrals & Professional Collaboration

Clients may be referred to Libra Rising Therapy by other professionals, or may request coordination with medical providers, psychiatric prescribers, couples therapists, primary care providers, or other support professionals when appropriate.

If you have been referred by another provider or wish to discuss whether the practice may accept referrals from specific professionals, please contact the practice directly to ask about current availability and scope.

Client Consent Comes First

Therapy information is confidential. Coordination with other professionals generally requires written authorization from the client or a legally permitted exception. The practice is committed to transparency about when and why information may be shared.

Clients will be informed about confidentiality rules, consent requirements, and any legally required exceptions during the informed consent process at the start of therapy.

Secure Client Portal Context

The practice may use secure practice management tools for scheduling, forms, billing, and communication where applicable. These tools are separate from this public website. Existing clients should use the secure channels provided by the practice for sensitive communications. Do not submit sensitive clinical information through this public website form.

Payment Processing

Payment processing may use secure third-party tools such as Stripe or a secure practice management system. The practice will provide payment instructions through appropriate secure channels. Do not submit payment card information, bank account details, or financial credentials through this public website contact form.

Crisis & Higher-Level Care

Outpatient psychotherapy is not a substitute for emergency care, inpatient care, crisis intervention, or immediate safety services. If a client's needs exceed the scope of outpatient therapy, the practice may provide referrals or recommend a higher level of care.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
